Event Overview

What is Gather?
Gather exists to awaken and activate believers to live out their faith together in a world that needs Jesus. Through global gatherings, storytelling, and mobilization, Gather connects and equips the church to move from passive faith toward active participation in the Great Commission.

What is Gathering Table?
Gathering Table is an intimate, invitation-only experience for a small group of friends and partners who share a conviction that this moment in the Church matters. It is a space to listen, to see more clearly what God is doing, and to consider what it looks like to be part of what comes next.

What is the focus?
The work of awakening and mobilizing the global Church is accelerating. Gathering Table exists to connect the people who will help resource the next chapter of Gather's mission and to bring together a community of those who could help make it possible.

Who is invited?
A small group of trusted friends and partners who are already part of what God is doing through Gather, and those we believe are meant to help shape what comes next.

What will be expected of me?
Primarily, your presence and prayer. This is an opportunity to hear firsthand the vision and strategy of Gather and to consider what it could look like to play a part. Some guests may explore how to support the work through their networks, expertise, or financial investment.

When and where will it take place?
July 13th - 15th, 2026 at Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado.

Program & Experience

What is the dress code?
Business casual is appropriate throughout the event. For dinners, guests are welcome to go more snappy casual. We love a well-done nod to western style.

What will the sessions be like?
Gather leaders and advocates will share the vision, strategy, stories and context needed to understand the scope of the work ahead. Sessions are inspirational, informational, and interactive, with space built in for worship, prayer, conversation and reflection.

Will there be time to connect with one another?
Yes. Shared meals will provide intentional space for connecting with one another. In addition, Tuesday afternoon’s free time is a great opportunity to connect with one another.

Will there be curated outings or experiences?
Yes. We encourage you to spend Tuesday afternoon from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM however suits you best, whether that means joining an outing, relaxing at the hotel, or exploring town on your own.

Two hosted experiences will be available: a fly fishing excursion with Wild Willow Outfitters and a guided hike. You can learn more and sign up at gatheringtable2026.com/activities.

Are children invited?
This experience has been designed exclusively for adults. We are happy to suggest trusted local childcare if that could make attending easier.
